The Keyser Police Department shall Protect and Serve the residents of The City of Keyser.

It shall be a Community Policing Department that is both professional in appearance and demeanor, and strives to provide the best quality of service to the public by answering every request for service and complaint in a prompt, courteous and complete manner.

All activities will be conducted lawfully in accordance with the laws of the City of Keyser, the State of West Virginia, and the United States of America.
