Buffy was Keyser Police Department's first K9. Buffy's handler is Patrolman Ernie Miller. 

Buffy is a 5 year old German Shepherd. She is trained in Patrol, Tracking, and Narcotic Detection and recieved her training at Augusta K9 located in Rocky Gap, VA.

Buffy has been a valued member of the Keyser Police Department for 4 years. The community played a large role in purchasing Buffy for the Department.
