Keyser Police Department K9 Units

On October 3rd, 2008, Keyser Police Departments K9 Units provided the local Girl Scouts a demonstration of the various uses of police dogs. This demonstration included narcotics work, obedience work, and bite work. The Girl Scouts all recieved K9 badges for their participation.

Milkbone Presented Check for Additional Canine

On Thursday April 17, 2008 at 11am Executives from Milkbone K-9 Heros Program, Martins Food Market, and Keyser Police Officals gathered in the Keyser Square Lot to make the formal check presentation of a $5000 check to the Keyser Police Department for the purchase of an additional K-9 Unit. The presentation included refreshments, addresses from Martins, Keyser Police, and Milkbone Executives, as well as a K-9 demonstration with Keyser's first K-9 Buffy. Community members were in attendance.
